Both Japanese and foreign employees are important partners in the company's business activities, and since 2019, we have employed four Burmese and four Vietnamese as full-time engineers. We value fair evaluations regardless of nationality or gender, training to improve employees' skills, and other measures that allow diverse talent to work to their full potential.
More specifically, we:
- clarify and share with existing employees our policy of recruiting foreign engineers as essential assets for the company's future;
- prepare manuals, safety signs, and other signs easily comprehensible, to create a work environment suitable for foreign employees;
- implement training action plans that match individual employees' abilities to create a diverse competitive workforce;
- interview employees regularly and nurture opinion-sharing; and
- promote exchange among colleagues to help all foreign employees quickly become accustomed to our culture and for existing employees.

Business Content

We produce parts for aerospace systems, gas turbines, ship diesel engines, industrial robots, and precision equipment. Our main strengths are high-difficulty machining and high-mix, low-volume assembly.
Machining: We perform simultaneous 5-axis machining and this allows us to
- Build the manufacturing process from the stage of design and development with the mass production in mind
- Support the prototyping as well as the development
- Respond to production in a large variety and various quantities
Quality assurance: We are accredited in both JIS Q9100 and ISO 9001 quality management standards.
Assembly: We coordinate the production of multi-engineering products and undertake integrated assembly and production of industrial equipment such as automatic weight sorters, air compressors, and marine pumps, covering everything from procuring necessary parts to assembly. We also procure and assemble welded, press-processed, heat-treated, and surface-treated parts.
