Ever since days of yore, we have brewed sake via the “four-stage sticky rice mashing process”, unlike almost all other sake breweries. Sake made like this, which tastes richer and stronger than usual, is classed as rich-dry sake. We are proud of this product developed over the century since our founding. Given that our small brewery precludes mass production, our products may be hard for those of you living further away to obtain. However, we would like to continue striving to brew sake to the best of our ability while remaining true to the will of our pioneer.
