Company outline
Founded in 1751 by the Yamazaki family and originally named “Ecchuya”. Later, the sake brewery of the Makino family, the feudal lord of Nagaoka, was taken over, bequeathing a refined sake known as “Hakuro“ and using their family crest “Mitsukashiwa”. Our motto is “Brewing good SAKE that satisfies people.”
