Company outline
The first Shichinosuke Takahashi founded the company in its current location during the Ansei period as the Edo era (1854-1959) ended. Around a century old, this red-brick sake brewery has symbolic importance. Rather than focusing on sharp dry sake alone, we strive instead to brew sake reflecting the spirit of “going our own way”.
